Join us Tuesday March 20th for SJREI's Mid-Peninsula Chapter meeting at the Crowne Plaza in Foster City. This meeting will feature a panel of investors who will share their tips on how they have successfully navigated the market and how they are closing deals consistantly. Panel line-up includes:

Rob Davis: Rob has have been in real estate for 14 years and has been involved in over 280 real estate transactions. He has successfully created a multi-million dollar corporation from just $2,500.00, and is one of the few people who reached “millionaire status” before the age of 35. Featured on the Rob Black show in 2009, Rob will share how his life took a rags to riches turn with a few successful deals!  Rob will share with you: how he got started in real estate, how he is coming back from the crash, and the secrets that are working for him. You won’t want to miss this inspirational and motivational story!

Richard Kelly: Richard is a local investor who’s grown his realestate business right here in the Bay Area over the past five years. His focusis doing real estate right: keeping it simple and profitable. In the past yearalone he’s turned deals that have generated over $500,000 in profit and equity,as well and as adding properties that will reap passive income for years tocome. His presentation will outline how he finds and signs deals, and offer astep-by-step walk through case studies of actual local deals, revealing how hedid it, and how you can, too.

Richard Kelly has been a full-time real estate investor forthe past five years. Before switching into investment, Mr. Kelly worked was ajournalist for 12 years with The AustralianFinancial Review, The Toronto Star and the BBC. He has a BA in Economics and anMBA in Finance. A Canadian, he has called the Bay Area home for the past 15years.

Belinda Savage is known as  "the bridge or resource for the American investor, focusing on one's retirement savings which demands greater attention to ROI  as a result of the decline & volatility within the Financial Markets from 2007- until the present, the transition  from the Traditional Asset sector into the Alternative Asset sector has been cataclysmic."    She may have developed her roots in the foundations of Wall Street, as an institutional bond trader in the Canadian markets and Regional Operations Manager and Compliance Director for several national and regional broker/dealers, but she now has her focus on the leading growth sector, Alternative Assets for American investment portfolios, more specifically retirement accounts. Ms. Savage has extensive experience and expertise within the financial markets and alternative assets- RE, Private Equity/Debt, Intellectual Property- permitting her to network with a multiplicity of professionals and associations throughout the U.S. bringing the message “Invest Back in America.”
